RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
We do our best to ensure that our items are described accurately and thoroughly as possible. We offer an easy and secure online shopping experience, and more importantly we want you to be happy with the purchase of our products.
If you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange please contact us at email@example.com. We offer 14 day Returns.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn and used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the products or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the products via Registered post and that you pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Attuno will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels whilst in transit that is why we recommend you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier.
